- Reduced Decay: 10% of Regular Upkeep
- No Spam, Racism, Hate Speech, Violence, or Bullying
- No Pornography

Admins or Mods Have the Right to:
- Ban You
- Moderate Your Actions

PvP on Oil Rig, Cargo, and during Raiding or Being Raided

Rules:
- No Countering an Ongoing Raid
- Griefing Someone's Base is Strictly Prohibited
- Players *Must* be able to recover their base after being raided
